Working Towards a Better Tomorrow
Oikos Barcelona is a Local Chapter of Oikos International, a non-profit student-driven organization on sustainable economics and management.

Oikos Barcelona was formed by a group of students of ESADE Business School in Barcelona. It was founded in 2011 as Chapter in Accession, and in November 2012 during the annual Futurelab, became Full Chapter. Nowadays comprises more than 48 multidisciplinary members coming from Business, Law, Global Governance, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering backgrounds committed to a better tomorrow for everyone.

MISSION
Our mission is to transform economics and management education and practice by empowering student change agents, raising awareness for sustainability opportunities and challenges, and building institutional support for curriculum reform.

Throughout this projects, we enact our mission through four main competencies: Increase Awareness, Leadership Skills, Further Teaching Advancements, Create Actively.
